RESOLUTION 79-2
A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION TO
CONSIDER THE AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE III, SECTION 16-22 OF THE
CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BRUNSWICK.
[Section 16-22 of Article III of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Frederick County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Commissioners of Cambridge have deemed
that the hereinafter described land lying contiguous to the
Easterly boundaries of the City of Cambridge should properly
be annexed to the City of Cambridge, and
WHEREAS, the presiding officer of The Commissioners of
Cambridge has caused to be made a verification that the area
proposed to be annexed is, in fact, contiguous and adjacent
to the existing corporate area and that the same is
non-assessable pursuant to the provisions of Maryland Law
and that it qualifies under the provisions of Section 19,
Article 23A for annexation.

amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 94-79-1
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 as amended, entitled
"Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of the
Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments. Section 3-2 entitled "Corporate Limits" to
reflect the change in the boundaries of the City of
Cambridge caused by recent annexation of land thereto.

Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
