CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 98-79-5
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition as amended,
entitled "Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting,
with amendments. Section 3-82 entitled "Industrial
development" of the Public Local Laws of Dorchester County,
1974 Edition to take advantage of the Industrial and
Commercial Development Laws enacted by the General Assembly,
1979 Session, encompassed in Article 41 of the Annotated
Code.
[Section 3-82 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 99-79-6
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 as amended, entitled
"Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of the
Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments, Section 3-20 entitled "Mayor; election,
compensation, veto powers" to establish qualifications for
the office of mayor.
SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED by The Commissioners of
Cambridge that the Charter of said municipal corporation be
and the same is hereby amended by repealing and reenacting,
with amendments, Section 3-20 entitled "Mayor; election,
compensation, veto powers" of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Dorchester County, 1974 Edition, to read as follows:
[Section 3-20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
