RESOLUTION
OF THE
MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF ANNAPOLIS
TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT
SECTION 38 - OF THE CITY CHARTER
Resolution of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E
of the Constitution of the State of Maryland and Article 23A
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume
and Supplements), titled "Corporations-Municipal", to repeal
and re-enact Section 38 of the Charter of the City of
Annapolis for the purpose of adding certain criteria which
the Port Wardens shall consider when granting wharves and
related construction in the waterways and Port, namely the
effect said construction will have on boats and the use of
boats; re-enacting all other provisions of Section 38 not
inconsistent with this amendment; and all matters relating
generally thereto.
[Section 38 of the Charter of Annapolis, Anne Arundel
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION FOR ANNEXATION
BE IT RESOLVED that The Commissioners of Barclay do
hereby annex into the corporate boundaries of Barclay,
Maryland, being in the First Election District of Queen
Anne's County, Maryland, the following described four
parcels of lands, which contain a total of 26.2 acres of
land, more or less. The said four parcels of land are all
contiguous and adjoining the existing corporate boundaries
of Barclay, Maryland; and the said parcels are described by
the following metes and bounds, courses and distances,
according to a survey description dated December 28, 1978,
by William R. Nuttle, Registered Surveyor, to wit:
[Section 1-8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen
Anne's County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
