EXECUTIVE ORDERS

(b)  Vehicles of municipal, county, State
or Federal department, public service
companies and other authorized service
vehicles as defined in Section 22-201 of
the Transportation Article of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, upon presentation of
proper identification and in the case of
vehicles of municipal, county, State or
Federal departments, of a certificate
issued by the Maryland State Police,
Baltimore City Police Department, or a
County Police Department, pursuant to the
provisions of paragraph 4(g) below;

(c)  Funeral hearses, funeral limousines
and funeral flower coaches, and any vehicle
operated by a physician or nurse upon
presentation of proper identification;

(d)  Any bus, as defined in Section 11-105
of the Transportation Article; school bus,
as defined in Section 11-173 and 174 of the
Transportation Article and taxicab, as
defined in Section 11-165 of the
Transportation Article (Taxicab shall also
include motor vehicles operated with the
approval of the Public Service Commission
on fixed routes and schedules). Any common
carrier vehicle registered with the
Interstate Commerce Commission;

(e)  Motorcycles as defined in Section
11-136 of the Transportation Article of the
Annotated Code of Maryland and mopeds, as
defined in Section 11-134.1 of the
Transportation Article of the Annotated
Code of Maryland;

(f)  Trucks as defined in Section 11-171 of
the Transportation Article of the Annotated
Code of Maryland and bearing a permanent
business or commercial identification;

(g)  Upon presentation of proper
identification and a certificate issued by
the Maryland State Police, the Baltimore
City Police Department, or a County Police
Department, vehicles operated by persons
who are required to drive more than 75
miles a day or 400 miles per week (other
than for commuting) in their employment or
in providing essential medical or social
services. Before issuing such a
