(ii) If the Administration approves, a bid
bond with a surety that the Administration approves.

(2)  Each bid over $l-million shall be
accompanied by a bid bond with a surety that the
Administration approves.

(3)  Each bid bond shall be conditioned that the
bidder promptly will execute the contract and furnish the
required bond for the completion of the work to be
undertaken as provided in the contract specifications.

(e) The amount of the check or bid bond to accompany
the bid shall be based on the total amount of the bid, as
follows:
