appropriation "Acquisition of a site for a
Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Prince

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 1(8) of Chapter 914 of the Acts of
1976, suspended by Section 4 of Chapter 919 of the Acts of
1978, be and they are hereby further suspended insofar as
they impose a time limit for placing under contract the
following projects contained in Section 1(2) of Chapter 914
of the Acts of 1976:

Section 1(2)(E) Department of Agriculture -
To supplement the appropriation "Design and
preparation of detailed plans and specifications
for two (2) State office buildings for the
Department of Agriculture, the Department of
Economic and Community Development...", etc.....123,000

Section l(2)(M)(l)(e) Department of
Economic and Community Development: Maryland
Historical Trust - Funds to' City of Havre de
Grace for planning, archaeological restoration
and reconstruction of the Susquehanna and
Tidewater Lock House Building, canal and locks,
etc..............................................95,000

Section l(2)(M)(l)(k) Department of
Economic and Community Development: Maryland
Historical Trust - Funds provided for the State's
share of restoration of the Orchard Street
Methodist Church located in Baltimore City
(Baltimore City)................................200,000

SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 1(8) of Chapter 914 of the Acts of
1976, suspended by Section 4 of Chapter 919 of the Acts of
1978, be and they are hereby further suspended insofar as
they impose a time limit for placing under contract the
following project contained in Section 1(2) of Chapter 914
of the Acts of 1976, as amended by Chapter 717 of the Acts
of 1978:

Section 1(2)(M)(l)(b) Department of
Economic and Community Development: Maryland
Historical Trust: Grants to private, nonprofit
corporations, organizations, foundations, or
individuals - Funds to the Redemptorist Fathers
of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Annapolis,
Maryland, for restoration and rehabilitation of
the Charles Carroll House of Annapolis, etc.....125,000
