Correction: Headquarters - Construction of a
Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Prince

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974,
suspended by Section 4 of Chapter 774 of the Acts of 1976
and by Section 3 of Chapter 919 of the Acts of 1978, be and
they are hereby further suspended insofar as they impose a
time limit for placing under contract the following project
contained in Section 5.2 of Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974:

Section 5.2(R)(3)(d) Department of
Economic and Community Development: Maryland
Historical Trust: Washington Monument (Baltimore
City) - Restoration of the Washington Monument
contingent upon the City of Baltimore providing
equal matching funds.............................25,000

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975,
suspended by Section 6 of Chapter 334 of the Acts of 1977
and by Section 4 of Chapter 357 of the Acts of 1978, be and
they are hereby further suspended insofar as they impose a
time limit for placing under contract the following projects
in Section 5.2 of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, as
amended by Section 3 of Chapter 334 of the Acts of 1977 and
by Section 1 of Chapter 357 of the Acts of 1978:

Public Safety and Correctional Services: Division
of Correction: Headquarters - To supplement the
appropriation "Construction of a Community
Adult Rehabilitation Center in Baltimore

Public Safety and Correctional Services: Division
of Correction: Headquarters - To supplement the
appropriation "Construction of a Community Adult
Rehabilitation Center in Prince George's

Section 5.2(E)(l)(a)(9) Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services: Division
of Correction: Headquarters - Acquisition of a
site for a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center
in Prince George's County, etc...................60,000

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 1(8) of Chapter 914 of the Acts of
1976, suspended by Section 5 of Chapter 357 of the Acts of
1978, be and they are hereby further suspended insofar as
they impose a time limit for placing under contract the
following project in Section 1(2) of Chapter 914 of the Acts
of 1976:
