Susquehanna River Basin Commission;

Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission;

the Potomac River Fisheries Commission;

(19)  Maryland Membership Unit of the Interstate
Oil and Gas Compact Commission;

(20)  Maryland Membership Unit of the Interstate
Mining Commission; and

(21)  The Tidewater Administration, which shall
include the coastal zone management program.

(b)  The following advisory commissions are included as
units within the department:

(1)  Advisory Committee on Archeology;

(2)  Chesapeake Bay and Coastal Zone Advisory
Commission;

(3)  Commercial Fisheries Advisory Commission;

(4)  Forest Advisory Commission;

(5)  Parks Advisory Commission;

(6)  Sport Fisheries Advisory Commission;

(7)  Water Resources Advisory Commission; AND

(8)  Wildlife Advisory Commission.

(c) (2) Until December 31, 1979, in the Chesapeake Bay
and its tributaries, a person may not set or fish any gill
net whose size of stretched mesh, allowing a 1/4 inch
variable, is more than 7 inches. After December [13] 31,
1979, in the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, a person
may not set or fish any gill net whose size of stretched
mesh is more than 6 inches.

(g) (1) Any State resident desiring to catch crabs in
the waters of the State for noncommercial purposes by using
a trotline in excess of 300 feet first shall obtain a sports
[crabber] CRABBER'S license.

(2) A sports [crabber] CRABBER'S license may be
obtained according to the provisions of § 4-806 of this
