(c) The clerk of the court shall provide a sufficient
number of prospective jurors to allow the parties to
exercise the peremptory challenges permitted by this section
or [Rule 746] THE MARYLAND RULES.

Article - Education

18-305.

(b) Each recipient of a general State scholarship who
is enrolled in a terminal certificate program as permitted
in [§ 18-302(b)(ii)] § 18-302(B)(1)(II) may hold the
scholarship for 2 years if the same conditions of subsection
(a) of this section are met.

Article - Natural Resources

1-102.

(a) The following units are included within the
Department:

(1)  The Fisheries Administration;

(2)  The Wildlife Administration;

(3)  The natural resources police force;

(4)  The Forest Service;

(5)  The Park Service;

(6)  The Water Resources Administration;

(7)  The Maryland Environmental Service;

(8)  The Energy Administration, which shall
include the power plant siting and research program, the
Bureau of Mines, the mining examining board, the Maryland
Commission on Mining Laws, the Land Reclamation Committee,
and the Maryland Energy Office[.];

(9)  The Maryland Geological Survey;

(10)  The Maryland Geological Survey Commission;

(11)  The Maryland State Board of Well Drillers;

(12)  The Scenic River Review Board;

(13)  The Upper Potomac River Commission;

(14)  The Maryland Environmental Trust;

(15)  The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Interstate Commission of the Potomac River Basin;
