SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
Article - Natural Resources
10-301.
(f) The fees for hunter's licenses shall be charged in
accordance with the following schedule:
(1) Resident, under 16 years of age.$2.50 $5.00
(2) Resident, 16 years old or older and under 65
years of age................................[$8.00] $10.00
(3) Resident, 65 years old or older.......$ 1.25
(4) Nonresident, 16 years old or
older......................................[$30.50] $40.50
or a sum equal to that charged by the nonresident's home
state for a similar license, whichever is greater
(5) Complimentary license.................No fee
(6) Nonresident, under 16 years of age $5.00
NONRESIDENT, WATERFOWL ONLY, SHORT TERM VALID FOR 3
CONSECUTIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE............$25.00
[(k) In addition to the regular hunter's license a
person hunting on public lands first shall obtain a special
public lands stamp. A person over 16 and under 65 years of
age may obtain a public lands stamp for $2.00 from the clerk
of the circuit court of any county; or the clerk of the
Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City or from any person
designated by the Department. The issuing clerk or person
designated shall retain the sum of 10 cents as compensation
for issuing each stamp. The balance of the fee shall be
paid over and accounted for in the same manner as hunters
licenses.]

(c) A person may obtain a big-game DEER stamp for a
fee of [$5.50] $3.50 $5.50 from the clerk of the circuit
court of any county, or the clerk of the Court of Common
Pleas of Baltimore City, or from any person designated by
the department. A resident 65 years of age or over shall
pay $1 for a big game DEER stamp. The issuing clerk or
