FUNDS BUDGETED FOR THE GENERAL STATE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.
(D) THE STATE SCHOLARSHIP BOARD SHALL SUBMIT AN ANNUAL
REPORT ON THE RECIPROCAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM TO THE STATE
BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
authority of the State Scholarship Board to negotiate
reciprocal agreements shall be reviewed and evaluated before
July 1, 1983 and shall expire on that date if the General
Assembly fails to extend the authority by statute. However,
a general state scholarship recipient enrolled prior to that
date at an out-of-state institution and otherwise eligible
for renewal of the scholarship shall be permitted to
continue to receive the scholarship for the maximum number
of semesters permitted under the regulations of the State
Scholarship Board.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
Hunting Licenses - In General
FOR the purpose of reducing the fee for a big game stamp
changing the name of a big game stamp to a deer stamp;
increasing the license fee charged for resident and
nonresident hunting licenses; removing the provisions
allowing the fee for a nonresident to be equal to his
home state license if it is greater than the fee
charged in Maryland; removing the distinction given for
nonresidents over a certain age versus those
nonresidents under a certain age, as this distinction
relates to hunting license fees; and generally relating
to hunting license fees; and removing the requirement
for a special public lands stamp for certain persons.
