SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

1-102.

(a) The following units are included within the
Department:

(1)  The Fisheries Administration;

(2)  The Wildlife Administration;

(3)  The Natural Resources Police Force; .

(4)  The Forest Service;

(5)  The Park Service;

(6)  The Water Resources Administration;

(7)  The Maryland Environmental Service;

(8)  The Energy Administration, which shall
include the power plant siting and research program, the
Bureau of Mines, [the mining examining board,] the
