Comptroller the Attorney General, and the State Treasurer
which are allocable to the several departments and agencies
of the State] A COPY OF THE STATEWIDE COST ALLOCATION PLAN
FILED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO OBTAIN AVAILABLE
FEDERAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE COSTS OF INDIRECT STATE
SERVICES THAT BENEFIT FEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAMS, AND (2) A
LISTING BY DEPARTMENT OR AGENCY OF THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY
OBTAINED FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDER THE PLAN FOR
STATEWIDE INDIRECT COSTS DURING THE LAST COMPLETED FISCAL
YEAR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages -
Hours of Sale

FOR the purpose of providing that in Wicomico County the
privileges for the sale of certain alcoholic beverages
may be exercised only by bowling alleys at certain
hours on a certain day; and making the passage of this
Act effective upon a contingency.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

84.

(d) (1) The hours during which the privileges
conferred by a Class D beer and light wine license may be
exercised shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock
midnight.
