hours shall be from 6 o'clock a.m to 1 o'clock a.m. on
the day following

exercised from 9 o'clock a.m on any day to 1 o'clock a.m.
on the day following for on-sale

(4)  In Prince George's County the hours shall be
from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m. on the day
following.

(5)  IN WICOMICO COUNTY, NOTWITHSTANDING THE
PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (D)(1) OF THIS SECTION, THE
PRIVILEGE MAY BE EXERCISED ON SUNDAY FROM 12 NOON TO 12
MIDNIGHT ONLY BY BOWLING ALLEYS AS DEFINED IN § 2(W) OF THIS
ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980. the passage of this Act is
contingent upon the passage of H.B. 1951 (01r3931) of 1980.
Should that measure fail of enactment, the provisions of
this Act are null and void without the need of further
action by the General Assembly.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
