(1)  Is accredited by the AMA AMERICAN MEDICAL
ASSOCIATION, THE AMERICAN NURSES ASSOCIATION, OR THE or
[ANA] NATIONAL LEAGUE OF NURSING;

(2)  Produces graduates eligible to take:

(i) The primary care physician assistant
certifying examination of the National Commission on the
Certification of Physician Assistants; or

(ii) The primary care in adult and family
nursing practice certifying examination or any other
examination required by the State Board of Examiners of
Nurses;

(3)  Is part of, or has a formal arrangement
with, a medical education center;

(4)  Focuses on developing primary care skills
and includes substantial clinical experience in primary
care; and

(5)  Is not a specialty program in a discipline
other than primary care.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Workmen's Compensation - Jurors

FOR the purpose of providing that a juror while performing
official duties is in the employment of the State
Judicial Branch State for the purposes of the Workmen's
Compensation Act; and providing for the wage base on
which the workmen's compensation is determined.
