(A) THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS IS
$20. THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR ENGINEERS-IN-TRAINING IS $15.
THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS AS WELL
AS THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR ENGINEERS-IN-TRAINING SHALL BE
PAID UPON THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE. AN APPLICANT
ALSO SHALL PAY AN EXAMINATION FEE THAT APPROXIMATES THE COST
OF ADMINISTERING THE EXAMINATION, AS DETERMIND DETERMINED BY
THE BOARD.

[(b) The fee for engineer-in-training is $10, which
shall accompany the application and shall include the cost
of examination and issuance of the certificate. When
application for registration as a professional engineer is
made by an engineer-in-training who is certified in this
State, an additional fee of $25 shall be paid, of $10 which
shall accompany the application and $15 shall be paid upon
issuance of the certificate as a professional engineer.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
13(c) and (d), respectively, of Article 75 1/2
Professional Engineers, of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Section(s) 13(b) and (c), respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
