CHAPTER 346

(Senate Bill 843)

AN ACT concerning

Professional Engineers - Fees

FOR the purpose of providing that professional engineers and
engineers-in-training shall pay both a registration fee
and an examination fee; setting the amounts of the
registration fees; and providing that' subject to
certain criteria the Board of Registration for
Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors
shall set the examination fees.

Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers

Section 13(a) and (b)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1975 Replacement Volume and 1979 Supplement)

BY adding to

Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers

Section 13(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1975 Replacement Volume and 1979 Supplement)

BY renumbering

Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers

Section 13(c) and (d), respectively

to be Section 13(b) and (c), respectively

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1975 Replacement Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers

13.

[(a) The registration fee for professional engineers
is $35, of which $20 shall accompany the application and $15
shall be paid upon issuance of the certificate.]
