Ch. 290

durable-backed OR MICROFILM APERTURE CARD copies of plats
showing property or rights-of-way to be acquired or conveyed
by the State Roads Commission and the State Highway
Administration[, and when so]. WHEN filed and indexed, the
plats shall be [and constitute] a part of the land records
of the county in which filed. [The filing fee shall be $1.00
for each plat.] Each DURABLE BACKED plat [shall] MAY not be
greater in size than 22 inches by 36 inches.

(B)  A FILING FEE IS NOT REQUIRED.

(C)  A REASONABLE FEE MAY BE CHARGED BY THE CLERK FOR
REPRODUCING A COPY OF THE PLAT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

CHAPTER 291

(Senate Bill 210)

AN ACT concerning

State Airports - Concessionaire Prices and
Employment Practices

FOR the purpose of requiring the State Aviation
Administration to monitor prices charged by
concessionaires at State airports; requiring every
contract for service to provide that price increases
are subject to Administration approval and that prices
charged are to be reasonable; and providing a standard
for reasonableness; and requiring the State Aviation
Administration to monitor employment practices of
concessionaires at State airports.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Transportation
Section 5-408(b)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1977 Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
