may be offered by qualified instructors experienced in the
real estate industry. The courses may be conducted by the
Maryland Association of Realtors or its member boards; the
Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore City, Inc. (realtists); and
educational institutions as approved by the Maryland Real
Estate Commission. The licensee may elect the course or
courses he takes and shall be responsible for the cost of
any course taken.

(5) The Commission may waive the requirements of
this subsection for a person unable to meet the
requirements.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning

Gasoline Tax - Gasohol Gasohol - License Tax

FOR the purpose of determining the rate of motor vehicle
fuel tax to be applied to certain mixtures of gasohol.

FOR the purpose of altering the motor vehicle fuel license
tax imposed upon gasohol for a certain period of time;
and making this Act an emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
