     In the name of God Amen I William Absoley of Kent County –
   in the State of Maryland being Weak in body but of Sound & perfect –
   disposing mind memory thanks be to God for the same calling to
   mind the Uncertainty of this life, and that is appointed for all ~
   men once to die, do make ordain and Constitute my Will in manner
   and form following Vizt. First I desire my body to be decently buried
   at the discretion of my Executors, and as to what Worldly Goods it
   has pleased God to bless me with I dispose of as follows. —
   I give and bequeath to my Son William Absley all my land in
   fee Simple Except a peice of Land laying over Worton Road Adjoining
   land of William Fray all which said peice of Land I give & bequeath
   unto my Brother Anderson Absley in fee Simple, Shoud it please
   God that my Son William Absley should die before he arrives at the
   age of Twenty one my Will and desire is that the land Willed to him
   should go to a child that my beloved Wife is pregnant with, be it
   Male or Female if alive at his death, and in case that both my ~
   children die before they arrive at age, my Will is that my land shall
   be divided in the manner following, First I give and bequeath unto
   my Brother John Absley one hundred Acres in fee Simple, then –
   I give unto my Brother Edward Absley one hundred & Seventy five
   Acres of Land in fee Simple, And I give and bequeath unto my ~
   Brother Anderson Absley the Remainder or Residue of my land in
   fee Simple, Now my Will is further that in case my Children die
   before She arrive at age and my Brothers possess my land as Willed
   to them, my desire is that they shall pay an equal part of fifty ~
   pounds Specie unto Sarah Willis and Ann Willis if they to be ~
   equally divided between them if they should be alive to them ~
   + no other person, And my Will is further that if my Brothers heretofore
   named should be possesed of my lands as before mentioned I desire that –
   pay one other equal part of fifty pounds Specie unto my Sister Sarah –
   Kinnard or her heirs in case She should not be alive, and I give as
   as a legacy one Negroe man called Charles unto Nathaniel Kinnard Son
