100 son of my Sister Sarah Kinnard to him and hir heirs Now my Will is further that my half Brother William Absley:-, shall be provided with Sufficient diat and Cloathing & kept at School till he arrives at the age of fiteen, and that the Expence of the same come out of my Estate and at the discretion of my Brother Edward be appointed and I do hereby appoint him Guardian to my Son William, And that he the said Edward shall be possessed of all the property of my son William. And lastly I do hereby nominate + appoint my beloved Wife Martha and my Brother Edward Executors of this my last Will and Testament, Revoking & disannulling all former Wills by me made, In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Anno Domini 1784 William Absley {seal} Signed Sealed published + declared by William Absley the above named Testator as for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his Request & in his presence have Subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto .
