    be her last Will and Testament and Testament that at the time of
   her so doing She was of Sound and disposing mind memory and
   Understanding and that John Nichoson the other Subscribing —
   Witness was present at the same time and Subscribed his name
   as Witness to this Will together with those deponants in the
   presence and at the request of the Testator and in the presence

     In the name of God Amen — I William Bordley of Kent Coty
   and State of Maryland being at this time sick and weak of body, but
   of Sound memory and understanding do make this my last Will and
   Testament in manner and form following to Wit . —
   First I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Bordley my plantation
   formerly the property and Residence of my Father Thomas Bordley. –
   to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, remainder, to my
   Daughter Sarah Bordley, and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten;
   Remainder to my daughter Elizabeth Bordley & the heirs of her body lawfully begotten
   but if my wife should now be pregnant and should be delivered of a Son
   it is my Will and desire that in case my son Thomas should die —
                                                             Son
   without Issue that my said posthumus child without Issue should ~
                said
   take my^ plantation to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten
   and on the death of such posthumus child without Issue as aforesaid —
   to my daughter Sarah, in tail general remainder to my Daughter
   Elizabeth as afd. ——
   I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Bordley my House &
   Lot in Chester Town, in tail General, remainder to my daughter,

   Elizabeth Bordley in tail general, remainder to my son Thomas^
   in tail general, remainder to my posthumus child in tail general
   I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Bordley my lot which
   I purchased of Eliz John Williamson to her and the heirs of her
   body, remainder, to my daughter Sarah in tail general, remainder
   to my Son Thomas, in tail general, remainder to such child as
   my Wife may be pregnant with ——
