88 my personal Estate shall be sold at Vendue and the monies arising therefrom to be equally divided amongst my Children that is to Say my Sons Thomas Murphy, George Jackson, William Jackson and my daughter Elizabeth Taylor or their heirs And Lastly I Constitute and appoint my Son George Jackson whole and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament with the disposal of my whole Estate in the form before Recited Given under my hand and Seal this Twenty eighth day of February 1784. her Mary X Jackson {seal} mark Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of, Jno: Eccleston, Hugh Wallis, Jas. Gribbin August 11th. 1784 then came John Eccleston Hugh Wallis & James Gribbin the tree Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Mary Jackson late of Kent County deceased, and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did See the Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard her – publish pronounce and declare the same to be her last Will and Testament, and that at the same time she was to the best of their apprehensions of Sound disposing mind memory and Understanding, And that they Respectively Subscribed their names as Witnesses to this Will in the presence, and at the Request of the Testator, and in the presence of each other JNicholson Regr Recorded pr JNicholson Regr |
