   In the name of God Amen I Mary Jackson of Kent County
   and State of Maryland being sick of Body but of sound disposing
   mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God for the same) do
   make Constitute and ordain this my last Will and Testament
   in manner and form following Vizt— After all my Just debts
   are paid I desire that my Estate may be disposed of in the following
   manner Vizt.— Imprimis I desire that my plantation may be
   sold and that my Son George Jackson have the selling it and the
   money it brings that he my son George may^eitherkeep it himself
   or put it out to use, and pay the Interest of the money arising from
   the sale thereof annually to my son James Thomas Murphy during
   his life, And if my said son Thomas Murphy should die without an
   heir or heirs lawfully begotten of his body, that then the principal
   Sum that the said plantation sells for may be equally divided —
   between my said Son George Jackson and my son William Jackson
   and my Daughter Elizabeth Jackson Taylor or their heirs Share & Share
   alike, but if my said Son Thomas Murphy leaves any children lawfully
   begotten of his Body that then the whole amount of the Sales of the
   plantation be paid him, her or them, upon their arriving at the age of
   twenty one years or day of marriage, and the Interest that may be due
   or becomes due from the sale of the said plantation above mentioned to
   be paid towards the said Children maintainance during their minority
   Item I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Murphy a feather Bed with
   all its Accustomed furniture ——
   Item I give and bequeath to my son William Jackson a Dutch Stove
   to him and his Heirs ——
   Item I give and bequeath to my Sons Thomas Murphy & William
   Jackson my Negroes during the time hereafter mentioned that is to Say
   my Negro Jack my Will and desire is that he shall be set free at the
   end of three years from the date of this my Will, likewise my Negro
   Will Sanders to be set free at the end of four years from the date of
   this my Will, And the remainder of my small Negroes all to be free as
   they arrive at the age of twenty five years ~ Item my Will is that
