    In the name of God Amen I Mary Gittings of Kent County
   and State of Maryland being in perfect health and of Sound disposing
   mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament
   in manner and form following—. Imprimis I give and bequeath
                     beloved
   unto my two ^ Sons James and Thomas Gittings all my Real, &
   personal Estate, to them, their heirs and Assigns forever, but in
   case of the death of both my sons before they have lawfull —
   Issue ‘tis my Will and desire that both Real and personal —
   Estate be equally divided between my four Relations Sarah
   Graves, Mary Graves, Sarah Vandyke, and Maria, Eliza —
   Willamina Vandyke, to them their heirs and Assigns for ever ~
   the division to be made as soon as they shall each Respectively
   arrive at the age of Sixteen years, and lastly I do Ratify & Confirm
   this my last Will and Testament and none other, In Witness
   whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed my Seal this
   20th. day of November 1783. —

    Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Mary Gittings as &
   for her last Will and Testamt. in presents of us, who at her request, and
   in her presents and in the presents of each other, have Subscribed our
   hands thereto.   Rd. Graves, Mary VanDyke, Hugh Spencer. —
   August 16th. 1784 Then came Richard Graves and Hugh Sponcer two
   of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Mary
   Gettings late of Kent County deceased, and Severally made Oath on the
   Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that they did see the Testator herein –
   named Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard her publish
   pronounce and declare the same to be her last Will and Testament
   that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their —
   apprehensions of sound and disposing mind memory + Understanding
   And that Mary Vandyke the other Subscribing Witness was present
   at the same time and Signed her name as Witness to this Will —
   together with these deponants in the presence and at the Request of the
   Testaor and in the presence of each other . —
