   gold or Silver, Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my Son John
   Dwire or his heirs the sum of five pounds in gold or Silver to
   be paid out of my personal Estate, Fourthly I give and bequeath
   unto my afd nine remaining children again Expressed by —
   name Elizabeth Howard, Mary Howard, Joseph Dwire, Susanah
   Dwire, James Dwire, Ann Dwire, Hannah Dwire, Sary Dwire
   and Mathew Dwire, all the remaining part of my personal ~
   Estate to be equally divided amongst them or their heirs, And lastly
   I do Constitute make and ordain my aforesaid wife Susannah ~
   Dwire my true and Lawfull Executrix and my afd Son John
   Dwire my true and Lawfull Executor of this my last Will and
   Testament, the day and year within written —

   Signed Sealed & Delivered in the
   presence of us. ~ Thos. Medford, James Corse, Thos. Howard.—
      August 9.th 1784 Then came James Corse and Thomas Howard two
   of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of
   John Dwyer late of Kent County deceased and Severally made Oath on
   the Holy Evangels of Almighty God. that they did See the Testator —
   therein named Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard him
   publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will & Testament
   that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions,
   of Sound disposing mind memory and Understanding, And that Thomas
   Medford the other Subscribing Witness was present at the same time and
   Signed his name as Witness to this Will together with these deponants
   in the presence and at the Request of the Testator and in the presence of
