   bequeath unto my Son Ebenezer Turner in part of his equal proportion
   of my personal Estate one Boy named Minos, My Will and desire
   is that after my Estate is made up and finally Completed and my wife
   has drawn the thirds thereof the residue shall be equally divided
   amongst my Children (my Children John Turner, Susannah Miller
   and Mary Briscoe Excepted) who shall receive each of them Eighty –
   pounds Current money to be vallued at old rates less then the rest
   of my Children they having each of them received that much from
   me heretofore more then their proportion of my personal Estate
   Lastly I constitute and appoint my well beloved wife Martha
   Turner and my Son Daniel Turner whole and Sole Executors of
   this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereto
   set my hand and Affixed my Seal this 29 day of March Anno –
   Domi 1780 [?] —                                          his mark

   Signed Sealed published and declared to be his last Will in the
   presence of Joshua Lamb, Joseph Greenwood, Rt. Buchanan —

   July 24 1784 Then came Joshua Lamb and Joseph Greenwood two
   of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament
   of Jonathan Turner late of Kent County deceased, and s the afd Joshua
   Lamb on his Solemn Affirmation Affirm and declare, and the said –
   Joseph Greenwood made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty that they
   did see the Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will, and that
   they heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be –
   his last Will & Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was
   to the best of their apprehensions of sound disposing mind memory
   and Understanding, And that Robert Buchanan the other Subscribing
   Witness was present at the same time and Signed his name as Witness
   to this Will together with these deponants in the presence of the Testator
   and at his request                                     JNicholson Regr
