   with the appurtenances belonging thereto, that I purchased of Joseph
   Hull containing by pattent one hundred and fifty acres, but of my
   said Son Daniel should die without Heir, then I give and devise ~
   the afd Land and appurtenances unto my son William Turner and
   his Heirs, I give and bequeath to my son John Turner and his heirs
   at the expiration of nine years to commence from the day of my death
   that part of my lands and appurtenances thereto belonging called and
   known by the name of Suffolk containing by pattint one hundred –
   and Forty acres more or less. — I give and bequeath unto my beloved^
   wife Martha Turner in part of her thirds of my personal Estate the
   following Negro’s to Wit one Negro man named Limus and one
   Negro Woman named Rachel,.. I give and bequeath unto my ~
   Daughter Martha Turner in part of her proportion of my personal
   Estate one Negro Girl named Hannah.- I give and bequeath unto
   my Daughter Elizabeth Turner in part of her equal proportion of
   my personal Estate one Negro Girl named Rebecca. I Give and bequeath
   unto my Daughter Sarah Turner in part of her equal proportion of
   my personal Estate one Negro Girl named Rachel. I give and bequeath
   unto my Daughter Araminta in part of her equal proportion of my
   personal Estate one Negro Girl named Ann. ~ I give and bequeath
   unto my Son John Turner in part of his equal proportion of my
   personal Estate one Negro Fellow named Edward. I give & bequeath
   unto my Son Joseph in part of his equal proportion of my personal
   Estate one Negro Boy named Isaack, I give and bequeath unto my
   son Daniel Turner over and above his equal proportion of my –
   personal Estate one Black Horse that he Commonly rides. I give and
   bequeath unto my Son Danl. Turner one Black Mare three years ~
   old this Spring in part of his equal proportion of my personal Estate
   I give and bequeath unto my Son William Turner in part of his equal
   proportion of my personal Estate one Grey Horse about five years old
   I give and bequeath unto my son Ebenezer Turner in part of his equal
   proportion one Black Horse Cold year old this Spring over & above
