78 Kent County Maryland Richard Moffet and Margaret Madden came before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of said ` County and made Oath in due form of Law, That they were at Elizabeth Coles Widow of Peter Cole Senr. on the 20th. of February 1784, And – the said Elizabeth but of sound mind and memory to the best of these deponants Judgemts. Desired the said Richard and Margaret to take Notice that it was her Will and desire that her Daughter Francyna Cole should – have what Estate she had, If she the said Francyna would bury her and pay her Debts, And at the same time ordered above these deponants have set their hands and likewise made – Oath that the above Contents are True Sworn to Before. Robert Maxwell this 21 February 1784. ~ Richard Moffett her Margaret X Maddin mark . ~ April 1st. 1784 Then came Richard Moffet and Margaret Maddin the two Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will of Elizabeth Cole late of Kent County deceased and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that the Severall Clauses in the within Will is Just and true .
