   but and if my Daughter Susannah should die before my Wife Rebecca
   and leave no Issue then that part of Arcadia that I purchased shall
   dwelve on, and fall into the hands of my son William Mason and to
   his Heirs forever; and the place that I now^liveon, which I got by^mywife ~
   Rebecca to be wholly at her Disposal, It is also my Will & pleasure ~
   that my Daughters part of my Estate that I dow leave her, be and –
   Remain in the Hands of my wife Rebecca untill my Daughter Susannah
   arrives at the age of Twenty one years (if not married before ) And then
   the whole of her Estate to fall into her own Hands and be at her own
   Disposal either at the day of her Marriage, or at Twenty one years
   of age, she may Lawfully call upon my wife Rebecca for her Fortune,
   and she my wife Rebecca is to be Accountable to my Daughter for all
   that I have now left, Notwithstanding anything in this present
   Writing Contained to the Contrary . ~ This I declare and pronounce to
   be my last Will and Testament disallowing and Revoking all & every
   other Will or Testament or Wills or Testaments heretofore made by
   me, or for me, and do approve this and no other In Testimony whereof
   I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this seventh day of January Ano
   Dom. Seventeen hundred and Eighty four —              his mark

    declared in the presence of  .  .} John Lowman, Hynson Smyth, Wm. Hynman
   February st21. 1784 then Came John Lowman Hynson Smyth & William Hynman
   the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of William ~
   Mason late of Kent County deced and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty
   God that they did see the Testator therein named sign and Seal this Will, And
   that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his
   last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing, he was to the best
   of their Apprehensions of Sound and disposing mind, memory, and. —
   Understanding; And that they Respecitvely Subscribed their names as Witness[es]
   to this Will in the presence, and at the Request of the Testator and in the presence
