     In the name of God amen I William Mason of Saint Pauls ~
   Parish in Kent County Maryland being very weak in Body but
   perfectly sound of mind and memory do make appoint and ordain ~
   this my last Will and Testament.- First of all I deliver up my Soul –
   into the hands of God that gave it, and I allow that my Body shall
   be decently intered at the discretion of my wife Rebecca, whom I nominate
   and appoint to be the whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will
   and Testament, And now Concerning what Worldly Goods it hath ~
   pleased God to bless me with in this life, I dispose of in the following manner
   First of all I give and bequeath to my son William Mason my Ox Cart,
   and the Yoak of young Oxen that he has of mine to break, And it is
   my Will that he shall have the negro man untill his servitude is
   Quite finished after the end of this present year, and also the Cow of
   mine that is left there to give the said negro Milk after the end of this
   year, and also five sheep all this and whatever else he has had from
   me aforetime I freely give and bequeath to him (my son) and his heirs
   forever; But I lay him under an obligation to find pasture for twenty
   Sheep during the time he shall Continue on the place where he
   now dwells, ten for my wife Rebecca, and ten for my Daughter
   Susannah, and in the Winter I allow that^theymy wife and daughter shall
   pay him for the Wintering of said Sheep what two Judicious men of
   their neighbours shall Judge it worth.~ . . And next I leave and ~
                                                                            my Daughter
   bequeath unto my well beloved wife Rebecca and ^ Susannah Mason
   all & Singluar my Moveable Estate Excepting what I have already ~
   bequeathed to my son William Mason to be equally divided between
   them, share and share alike, and they between them at the same time
   to pay all my Just Debts, And further it is my Will that my Wife –
   Rebecca, shall have all my Real Estate, both the part of Arcadia that
   I purchased as well the place or Land whereon I now dwell during her
   Natural life, but at her Death, the whole to Devolve on, and fall –
   into the hands of my Daughter Susannah Mason & her Heirs forever;
