   order direct and Impower my said Executor, for the purpose aforesaid, to
   sell and dispose of my Lots lying near or Adjoyning to the said Town which
   I bought of John Williamson and Thomas Kinsey, or either of them, —
   and the same in like manner as afd to convey and make over to the
   purchaser or purchasers thereof, or any part thereof in Fee Simple ~
   Secondly   It is my Will and I hereby order that all my personal Estate
   in Chester Town except such part of my furniture as my Executor ~
   shall think it necessary to retain for the use of my Children during
   the Minority of the youngest of them, shall be sold by publick Sale ~
   Thirdly I order and direct that Jane Dougherty the Sister of my ~
   deceased dear Wife, shall be decently Cloathed and maintained out of
   my Estate for one Calender year after my decease, or in him lieu thereof
   shall be paid the same of Twenty pounds by my Executor at her .~
   Election, I do further order and direct my said Executor provided the
   Fund herein allotted for the Education and maintenance of my
   dear Children will afford it, to Continue to Support and Maintain
   the said Jane, for the further Term of three years, out of the exceedings
   of the said Fund, in a moderate and Frugal way at the discretion
   of my^saidExecutor —— Fourthly It is my Will and I do hereby order
   and direct that all the Real Estate I am possessed of, not herein before
   directed to be sold, together with the Negro’s Stock and plantation Utensils
   thereon shall be kept and reserved by my Executors, in his own hands,
   as a Fund for the maintainance & education of my Children until the
   youngest of my said Children shall attain his or her age of Twenty one
   years, and should any one or more of my said Children die, before My ~
   youngest child should have attained his or her age of Twenty one years,
   leaving a Child or Children, then it is my Will that the said Child or
   Children if more than one, shall be entitled to the same share their
   Father or Mother, if living would have been entitled to ——
   Fifthly But should it so happen, that my Real Estate herein before —
   directed to be sold, together with my personal Estate not herein before ~
   directed to be Reserved, should be insufficient to pay & dishcarge my
