     In the name of God Amen I Thomas Weaver of Kent County
   in Maryland being weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind
   and memory. and being willing to settle my worldly affairs do therefore
   make and publish this my last Will and Testament in form following
             I Commit my Soul to Almighty God and my Body to be decently
   buried at the discretion of my Executrix herein after named, And
   after all my Just Debts and funeral Expences are paid & discharged
   I leave and bequeath unto my well beloved wife Celia Weaver ~
   all the residue of my Estate whether in Goods, Chattels, Book Debts, or
   and other way whatsoever, and the same residue of my Estate as afd
   to have and to hold unto the said Celia Weaver and to her Heirs +
   Assigns for ever. — And Lastly I Constitute and appoint my said Wife
   Celia Weaver to be sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament, revoking
   all Will or Wills by me heretofore made, and pronouncing this to be my ~
   last Will and Testament, In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand
   and Affixed my Seal this 22 day of December Seventeen hundred and ~
   Eighty three
   Signed Sealed Published + declared by the            Thomas Weaver {seale}
   Testator as his last Will + Testament in
   presence of us. Donald Mc.Queen. Nicholas Straney, Joseph Boulstrud
                January 10th. 1784 Then Came Donald Mc.Queen + Joseph Boulstrud
   two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of
   Thomas Weaver late of Kent County deceased and Severally made Oath on the
   Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see the Testator therein named Sign
   and Seal this Will, And that they heard him publish pronounce & declare the
   same to be his last Will + Testament, And that at the same time he was ~
   of sound disposing mind memory & understanding, And that they Sign’d
   their names as Witness to this Will in the presence of the Testator, and
   in the presence of each other and at the Testators request —
