   Lastly I do hereby appoint my dear Brother Thomas. ~
   Smyth Executor of this my Will   hereby Revoking all former
   ones Witness my hand and Seal this first day of January
   1784. —

   Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by Mary Garnett
   as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of the ~
   Subscribers who Attested the same in her presence at at her request
   and also in the presence of each other. —
   James Lloyd, Tho. Vandyke, Samuel Chew. —
   January. 6. 1784 Then came James Lloyd Thomas Vandyke and —
   Samuel Chew the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will
   and Testament of Mary Garnett late of Kent County deced and Severally
   made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see
   the Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will. and heard ~
   her publish pronounce and declare the same to be her last Will ~
   and Testament, and that at the same time she was to the best
   of their apprehensions of sound disposing mind memory & Understanding
   And that they respectively Subscribed their names as Witness thereto
   in the presence and at the Request of the Testator, and in the —
   presence of each other ——
