   October 15th. 1783   Then came Zorobabel French and Barnard Mc.Dermott
   two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of
   John Jobson late of Kent County deceased and Severally made Oath on the
   Holy Evengils of Almighty God, that they did See the Testator therein
   named Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard him publish –
   pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will & Testament. —
   that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions
   of Sound disposing mind memory and Understanding; And that James
   Speer the other Subscribing Witness was present at the same time
   and Signed his name as Witness to this Will together those
   deponents, in the presence of the Testator, and at his request, and
   in the presence of each other . —            JNicholson Regr

   The last Will and Testament of John Fair late of Kent
   County deceased declared by him by Word of Mouth on the thirtyeth
   day of November 1783 (being then sick of the Sickness whereof he
   died) in the presence of the Subscribers who Signed our names as
   Witness thereof, Which words so Spoken were as follows. —
   he desired that Henry Wallis might have the care of his money
   and Cloaths after he was dead, and that after his debts was paid
   the Remainder of his Estate should go to Elizabeth Wallis Daughter
   of Eli Henry Wallis — In Witness whereof we have hereunto set
   our hands & Seals this Sixth day of December In the year of
   our Lord one thousand Seven hundred + Eighty three —

   December 6th. 1783 Then Came Henry Wallis and Jesse Birgin the two
   Subscribing Witnesses to the within Nuncupative Will the one being
   of the people called quakers on his Solemn Affirmation to him Administerd

   Affirm and declare^ the other Subscribing Witness thereto on his Oath to
   him duly Administered on the Holy Evangils of Almighty God, deposed
