( 61 ) October 15th. 1783 Then came Zorobabel French and Barnard Mc.Dermott two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of John Jobson late of Kent County deceased and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evengils of Almighty God, that they did See the Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard him publish – pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will & Testament. that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions of Sound disposing mind memory and Understanding; And that James Speer the other Subscribing Witness was present at the same time and Signed his name as Witness to this Will together those deponents, in the presence of the Testator, and at his request, and in the presence of each other .
