60 my Eldest and only Son William Scott Jobson all that plantation whereon I now live known by the name of Massys Lott and – Massy Lott resurveyed. together with adjoining called Burks addition including in the whole about one Hundred and Twenty five Acres be the same more or less to him and his Heirs and Assigns forever. I also give and devise unto my said Son all my personal and – Moveable Estate Considering of Negroes, Cattle, Stock, Furniture Impliments of all kinds, Farming Utensils. Book Debts Bonds ready money and all remainder and remainders I now have or ought to have hereafter to him and his Heirs forever. Item my Will is that my dearly beloved wife shall & may Inherit and enjoy the whole of this my Estate during her Natural Life Item my Will is also that after my said Wife’s decease in case my said Son William Scott Jobson should die without Issue, then my Will is that all my said Sons Negroes have their Freedom and also ~ the whole of his Estate descend also and Lastly I do hereby Constitue and appoint my dearly ~ beloved wife Sarah Jobson to be Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking and disanulling all former Wills – and Testaments by me heretofore made Ratifying + Confirming this + none other to be my last Will and Testament In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this ninth day of September in the year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred – and Eighty three 1783 .
