( 62 ) deposed and declared that the Testator desired that Henry Wallis might have the care of his money and Cloths after he was dead – and that after his Debts was paid, the remainder of his Estate should Daughter of Henry Wallis at go to Elizabeth Wallis^ that^ the same time he the Testator was of sound disposing mind memory + Understanding .
