57 Land adjoining James Hodges Land at the decease of his Mother Elizabeth yearly or day of Marriage to him & his Heirs for ever . 4th. I give and bequeath to my son William Yearly all my undevised part of my Land during his Natural life^ Elizabeth or day of Marriage^andmy Will and desire is that my Son. William Yearly makes no Wast or Sale of any Timber, and after his decease I give and bequeath the said Land to my Son Benjamin – Yearly to him & his Heirs for ever. and my Pine Chest 5th. I give and bequeath unto my Son John Yearly my Rum Case and Bottles . 6th I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Butters my Looking Glass.- 7th I give & bequeath unto my Wife Elizabeth Yearly all the residue of my Estate both Real and Personal during her Widowhood. Signed Sealed and Acknowledged by the within named John Yearly this to be his Last Will and Testament this 7th. day of May. 1783. In the presence of us. his mark Rober Sumner. Traget Tillard, John Yearly {seale} M Hurtt August 14th 1783 Then Came Robert Sumner, Troget Tillard, and Morgan Hurtt the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of John Yearly late of Kent County deceased, and severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that they did See the Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard him Publish Pronounce and declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament that at the time of his so doing, he was to the best of their apprehensions, of Sound and disposing mind, memory, & Understanding, And that they Respectively Subscribed their names as Witnesses to this Will, In the Presence, and at the Request of the Testator, and in the presence of each other.
