   Signed Sealed published and declared by John MacNiel the within
   named Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence
   of us who at his request and in his presence have Subscribed the
   same as Witnesses thereto ——
   James Swoney, William McDowell, Mungo Mckinlay,
   July st21. 1783   Then Came William Mc.Dowell one of the Subscribers
   to the within last Will and Testament of John MacNiel late of Kent
   County deceased, and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty —
   God, that he did See the Testator therein named Sign & Seal this —
   Will, and that he heard him publish, pronounce and declare the
   same to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of his
   so doing he was to the best of his apprehensions of Sound and
   disposing mind, memory and Understanding, And that he this-
   deponant together with James Swoney & Mungo Mckinley the other Subscribs. Witnesses
   Subscribed their names as Witness to this Will in the presence and
   at the request of the Testator and in the presence of each other. —

      In the name of God amen I John Yearly of Kent
   County in the State of Maryland being sick and weak of Body, but
   thanks be to God of sound disposing sense and memory do make &
   ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner + form followg Viz
   1st. I give and bequeath unto my Son Will Yearly al lthat part of my ~
   of my Land lying on the East side of the main road leading down to Eastern
   Neck during my wives Widowhood —
   2nd. I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Yearly all the Land + Improvemts.
   where my son William now lives at the death of his mother Elizabeth
   Yearly or day of marriage to him and his Heirs forever, and my Will
   and desire is that the residue of my Land furnish Son Henry
   with firewood and Rails during his natural Life —
   3rd. I give and bequeath to my son Edward Yearly forty Acres of Land
