52 (he being then about twenty one years of age) I do order my – Executors to set him free, and whereas Thomas Jury when in partnership with me some years ago purchased a Negro woman named Nancy who if living is Infirm and aged, and as I expect resides at my place in Maryland I do hereby order . – her to be Suitably provided for by my Executors if she is not ~ able to Support herself, Item I give and bequeath to my beloved Aunt Ann Gilpin of Wilmington a Silver Pint Cann as a token of my Affection for her, and do desire that the money due to her on my bond be paid her Punctually as she calls for it, Item I give & bequeath to Margarett Heath who lives with my said Aunt the Sum of five pounds over and above of what I have of hers in my hands of which she has an Account, Item I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and and do declare this set my hand and Seal the Twenty fourth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy eight Thoms.
