51 my said wife shall Continue single and shall maintain and ~ educate such of my children as shall be under age, she shall be ~ Intitled to the whole Income and Interest of the share of such child or Children notwithstanding the division aforesaid, but if she should Marry then my Children after their arrivel to fourteen ~ years of age are to chuse Guardians who are to receive their Shares and thereout to maintain account with them for any surplus thereof, and if either of my said Children should die under age unmarried and without Issue the part or share of such decendent shall go to and be equallydivided^ among the Survivors, And if all my children should die under age unmarried and without Issue, then I do order and direct all their shares of my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to be sold by my Executors above named or any four of them or – the Survivors or Survivors of them to such purchases and for such prices as can reasonably be had for the same, And the monies therefrom arrising as well as the said childrens shares of my personal Estate I do give and dispose as follows, to wit, one equal third part thereof to my beloved wife if she be living at the time of such dying of the Children as aforesaid, and if she^bedead then to all such Children of her Brothers and Sisters as Shall be then born and living in equal shares and proportions. one other equal third part thereof to and among all such Children of my Brothers and Sisters as shall then be born and living in equal one other equal third part thereof to & among all such Children of my pro Brothers + Sisters as shall yn. be born & living in equal Shares & proportions Shares and ^portions^ save only that the children of my Brother George shall each of them be intitled to a^proportion double to that of the other children, And the other equal third part thereof I give to the Corporation of the Pensylvania Hospital by whatsoever name it is Incorporated to be applyed to carrying on the Charitable design of that Institution Item I do hereby direct that my Negro Boy.
