50 Andrew Hambleton To hold Assigns forever from and after his coming of full age, Item I nominate my^sd dear wife Lydie Gilpin my dear son Joshua – Gilpin my Brother Thomas Fisher, Samuel Rowland Fisher, Miers Fisher and Jabez Maud Fisher to be the Executors of this my Will, hereby requesting them to reduce my personal – Estate as soon as Conveniently may be to money and place the same at Interest on good Security for the use and benefit of the devisees herein after named, and further Authorizing and . ~ Impowering them or any four of them ( my said dear wife being one ) or the Survivors or Survivor of them to enter into all my ~ Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever, and to let and demise^the sameor any part thereof to any persons whatsoever for any Term or Terms of years reserving such^rentsand upon such Conditions as they shall think will benefit and Improve my Estate, and if they or any four of them shall think it will be most beneficial to my devisees herein ~ after named to convert all or any part of my Real Estate into money I do hereby Authorize them and Impower them or the Survivors – and Survivor or them to bargain sell convey and Assure to such ~ purchasers as shall offer their Heirs in fee Simple all or any ~ part of my Lands Tenements and Hereditaments for the best prices they can procure for the same, and the monies arising from such sale to place at Interest on good Security for the uses herein after mentioned.
