49 the Last Will and Testament of the said James Mc.Clean and no other except only in the devise of the Surplus money as is mentiond in the second clause of the said intended Will which this deponan^t~ of himself inserted because it naturally followed from the dis been the Will and design of the deceased as it closed the devise on that head and completed the disposition of the Subject matter according to and in Such manner as from the devise of the Land itself evidently appears to be the design and Intention of the deceased. Sworn to the day and year within Written Before John Scott June 11th. 1783 Thomas Bedg.
