   disposing mind^&memory and perfect in his Understanding, -
   That the next morning about day break the deponant was —
   awakened by the coming of Mr Piper to his House who told him
   that Mr Mc.Clean had in the night become exstreemly ill, and
   he believed was in Immediate danger and requested the deponant
   to draw the Will as quick as possible, That this deponant —
   presently began the draft, And Mr Piper promised that when –
   he returned to Mr Mc.Cleans ( as his intended to do directly —
   that he would send a Messanger to be ready to receive the Will —
   as soon as done, should Mr Mc.Clean seem to Continue in —
   Immediate danger, That after this deponant had drawn the Will
   and waited some little time for the messinger Mr Mc.Clean had
   himself promised — to send as is before mentioned ( having not
   received also any Message from Mr Piper which Induced this
   deponant to think Mr Mc.Clean was not so ill as Mr Piper apprehen=
   :ded ) This deponant then Inclosed the draft afd of the Intinded –
   will of Mr Mc.Clean together with the drafts Notes and the former
   drafts above mentioned under cover directed to the said Mr Mc.Clean
   and dispatched his own Servant with the same directing him
   if he should meet Mr Mc.Cleans Messinger to deliver him the —
   Letter and send him back with it otherwise to proceed with it
   himself to Mr Mc.Cleans and to deliver the Letter into the hands of
   Mr. Mc.Clean, The servant when he returned told the deponant
   that he delivered the Letter to Mrs. Mc.Clean but that she said –
   it was too late for that Mr Mc.Clean her Husbandhadwas died —
   about 5 o.Clock that morning. — This deponant further —
   saith that the paper to which this present deposition is —
   Annexed purporting to be the last Will & Testament of James Mc.Clean —
   is with respect to the matter of it a true Copy or draft from the Notes
   Memorandums and Instructions of the said James Mc.Clean as given
   and delivered to this deponant by the said James Mc.Clean for the
   purpose and whereby to draw the same into form for and as the
