   great Alterations in the Situation in his Family since then
   so it made material and Considerable alterations in his —
   present Will or intentions respecting the disposition of his
   property Will or Intentions and therefore he thought it better
   draw altogether a New Will, that soon after the deceased with the
   Assistance of his Se[rvant sa]t and went to his Desk and produced
   the former draft of [the w]ill above mentioned and also a Paper which
   he said contained some of the Alterations and directions for another
   Will, but that he had not Completed them, That this deponant together
   with the deceased went thro’ all those afd alterations and directions
   and also took down short Notes and Memorandums as is Common ~
   on such Occasions of such other matter and things as were dictated
   to him by the deceased, and in fine received the full Instructions of
   the deceased in what manner to draw his Will, That the deceased. —.
   expressed an Earnestness to have his will Speedily executed, That he would
   not delay it he said two days longer for some considerable Sum he
   mentioned, That on the deponants departure he desired to know ~
   when the Will would be finished, The deponant told him at any
   time he pleased and that if he desired it he might have it that night
   as it would be only borrowing two or three hours from his Usual –
   Bed time, but the deced told the deponant it would do at any
   time about 12 .oClock the next day and told the deponant he —
   should take care his servant should be at the deponants [hou]se
   at that hour, and that when his Will was brought he would . —
   Execute it that afternoon, and mentioned the neighbours he designed
   to send for as Witnesses to the same, so earnest and resolved did the
   deced appear to have his said Intented Will Executed on the next day
   that that he requested this deponant to leave no blanks in it but to —
   fill up even the Blank which is generally left for the day of execution
   and to date it as of the next day, That the deced at the time afd and
   during the whole time the deponant was with him appeared and
   to the best of this deponants knowledge was of sound & disposing –
