     In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Sanders of Kent County
   former being Sick and Weak in Body but of Sound Mind Memory and —
   Understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament
   in manner and form following . — First I give and bequeath unto my
   Son Ebenezer that part of my Real Estate known by the name of Priors
   Neglect — Also I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas all the rest
   of my Real Estate called Mitchels Chance together with my Negro Slave
   Isaac. — Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary my Negro
   Slave Harry . — Also all the Remainder of my personal Estate after —
   Paying all my Just and Lawfull Debts and above Legacies I give &
                                                                      Thomas
   bequeath unto my three Children Ebenezer, ^Robert, and Mary, to be
   Equally divided amongst them, And I do hereby nominate + appoint
   my loving wife Elizabeth Executrix of this my last Will & Testament
   hereby Revoking all former Will & Wills by me heretofore made, In —
   Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this 15 day of February
   In the year of our Lord 1783. ——            Thomas Sanders    (‡‡‡)
   Signed Sealed published & declared by the above named Thomas Sanders —
   as & for his last Will & Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto
   Subscribed our names Witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator
   [+] in the presence of each other,    John Hurtt, Henry Farrell, MaryherXmark-Farrell
   April 16th. 1783 Then came Henry Farrel & Mary Farrell two of the Subscribrs
   Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of Thomas Sanders late of Kent —
   County deceased, and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God
   that they did See the Testator therein named sign & Seal this Will, And that they
   heard him publish pronounce & declare the same to be his last Will & Testamt.
   that at the time of his so doing, he was, to the best of their apprehensions of
   Sound & disposing mind Memory & understanding, And tht they these deponants
   together with John Hurtt the other Subscribing Witness to this Will respectively
   Subscribed their names as Witness to this Will, In the presence, and at the
   request of the Testator, and in the presence of each other . —
