      In the name of God Amen I Michael Byrne of Kent County in
   the State of Maryland do make this my last Will and Testament in manner
   and form following to wit I give and bequeath to my loving Wife Ann all
   my Estate hereby making Null and Void all other Will or Wills heretofore —
   by me made Ratifying & Confirming this to be my last Will & Testament
   In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and^affixed mySeal this 12 day of
   December 1783. ——                                     MichaelhisXmark.-Byrne (‡‡)
   Signed Sealed published Acknowledged and declared by the above Michael —
   Byrne to be his last Will & Testament and we have Subscribed our names —
   thereto as Witnesses in his presence & at his Request. ——

   Febry 1st. 1783. Then Came John Page one of the Subscribing Witnesses to
   the within last Will of Michael Byrne late of Kent County deced And made
   Oath that he did See the Testator therein named Sign & Seal this Will, And
   that he heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his —
   last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the
   best of his apprehension, of Sound & disposing mind Memory and. —
   Understanding, And that he this deponant together with Alexander —
   Ross the other Subscribing Witness Respectively Subscribed their names
   as Witnesses to this Will in the presence + at the request of the Testator
   and in the presence of each other. ——
