   personal Estate he my said Son James paying to his three younger —
   Brothers and two Sisters viz Thomas, Robert, Samuel, Sarah & Ann. —
   Fifty pounds to be equally divided amongst them, and paid them as
   they come to age; Thirdly I give & bequeath unto my Daughter^Sarah
   one Sorrel Horse. — Fourthly my will is that after my Just —
   Debts and funeral are paid and the above Legy and my wifes —
   thirds taken out, that the residue and remainder of my personal. ~
   Estate be equally divided among all my Children viz. Thomas, William
   James, Robert, Samuel, Sarah & Ann, Share & Share alike ——
   Fiftly and Lastly I appoint and ordain my two Sons William —
   and James Jointy. Executors of this my last Will and Testament, revoking
   all other Wills by me heretofore made ——
                                                                  Wm. Smith — (‡‡‡)
   Signed Sealed published & declared by the above named William —
   Smith to be his last Will & Testament in the presence of us who have —
   hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses, in the presence of each other —
   and at his Request, Isaac Spencer, Oliver Smith, John Woodall. —
   The words my wifes thirds between Sixth & twenty seventh lines were
   Interlined before Signing and Sealing. ——
   Janry. 28th. 1783 Then Came Isaac Spencer and Oliver Smith two of the within
   Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of William Smith late of Kent Coty
   deced, and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that they
   did See the Testator therein named Sign & Seal this Will, And that they heard
   him publish, pronounce & declare the same to be his last Will & Testament;
   that at the time of his so doing, he was, to the best of their apprhensions, of Sound
   and disposing mind memory & understanding, and that these deponants —
   together with John Woodall the other Subscribing Witness within named —
   Subscribed their names as Witnesses to this Will in the presence and at the —
   request of the Testator and in the presence of each other
