   9ly. I give unto my Grand Daughter Waltham Hynson Daughter ~
                                               Hynson
   of John Carvil Hynson & Rebecca^ his wife the Child my negro Mintie [?]
   is at this time Big with, two Cows and Calves and all my silver
   Tea spoons and all my Green stone Ware ——
   10ly. I give unto my Sister Mary Jones one Cow + Calf ——
   12ly. I give Elizabeth Dunn wife of Jo. Dunn one Seat in my Pew –
   in St. Pauls Parish during her Natural life ——
   13ly. I give one negro man named Cuff unto my son John Carvil Hynson
   14ly. My Will full Intent and meaning is that my three sons Charles
   Hynson, John Carvil Hynson, and Richard Hynson have the several —
   pieces Articles above mentioned in my Will at the several prices set
   down Opposite the Articles, and that what ever the one have more in
     then another is to be refunded & ascertained in my Estate
   value, to be equally divided as hereafter mentioned (as follows) —
   and first. I give unto my five Grand Children Charles Hynson son of
   Charles Hynson, Phebey Hynson Daughter of John Carvel Hynson —
   Sarah Hynson Daughter of aforesaid John Carvil Hynson + Rebecca ~
   his wife, Waltham Rolph Daughter of John Rolph + Phebey his wife ~
   Martha Rolph Daughter of aforsd. each & every one of them over +
   above what I have Deeded & bequeathed unto each of them five
   shillings specie and no more of my Estate —
   secondly. My will is that after my three sons have Comply with my
   acquisition and the overplus of the several Articles be Estimated in
   my Estate that each & every one of them have five shillings paid to
   each of them and no more of my Estate. —
   3ly. I give all the remainder of my personal Estate to be equally ~
   divided amongst all my Grand Children meaning those to whome-
   I have not Cut of with five Shillings Specie. —
   Lastly I nominate & appoint my son Charles Hynson sole Executrix of
   this my last Will and Testament uterly revoking making^Nullvoid —
   all other other Wills made by me in any wise this 21 day of Septr. 21
   1782. — Signed Sealed & Acknowed +                 Chas. Hynson. (‡seal‡)
