   In the Name of God Amen I Charles Hynson being in —
   Sound well disposing mind and memory thanks be to Almighty
   God, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner + form
   following    Imprimis I give my soul into the Hands of Almighty ~
   God who first gave it me Jesus Christ my Redeemer in whoe’s alone
   Merits I trust for my Salvation, and touching souch Worldly Goods as
   pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give in maner & form —
   following and first,    1st. My Will is that my son Charles Hynson
   have my Bed, that is, his first Choice of my Beds & furniture
   at the Value set down by an Estimate of my own, it being Six
   pounds ten shillings, my Clock @ fourteen pounds, four —
   table^SilverSpoons at three pounds, my great Chest standing in my
   Hall at one pound ten Shillings, my Close press at two pounds —
   ten shillings . — 2dly My Will is that my Son John Carvil Hynson –
   have my Trunk and Case marked with the Letters ExcM with a large —
   Canister and tin Sugar box Trunk in it Estimated at four pounds
   his Second Choice of Beds + Furniture at Six pounds, his first Choice
   of my Desks two pounds, Six Table Silver spoons at four pounds ten
   shillings, Six Chaney Coffe Cups & three Do. & Slop Bowl Twenty shillings
   3dly. My Will is that my son Richard Hynson have my Chappan Tea –
   Table by Estimation twelve shillings, and third choice Bed & furniture
   at 5L, . . . 4ly. I give unto my Grand Daughter Waltham Rolph
   Daughter of John Rolph & Phebey his wife one negro Lad named
   Bacus. — 5ly. I give unto my Daughter Phebey Rolph wife of John
   Rolph all the Remainder of my Chaney by Estimation fifteen shillings
   her fourth Choice of my Beds & furniture Best Rugg. five pounds
   Chest of Draws + Dressing Glass at three pounds ——
   6ly. I give unto my Grand Daughter Martha Rolph one negro Girl —
   named Jane,   7ly. I give unto my Grand Daughter Martha Hanson
   Daughter of Hanse Hanson + Mary Hanson his wife one negro Girl
   Darcus, fifth Bed & furniture four pounds . . 8ly. I give unto my ~
